Dental Crowns

A dental crown is necessary in certain situations. A tooth can lose its normal shape and size for a variety of reasons and as a result, a dental crown would be necessary. A dental crown covers your tooth to help restore its original shape and size.

Many of the procedures that fall under oral surgery are removal of impacted teeth, insertion of dental implants, and cosmetic surgeries. It is always best to consult with a dentist to determine if oral surgery is the best treatment plan for you.

Extractions

Extractions are necessary when a tooth needs to be removed. Extractions are diagnosed when a tooth is badly decayed, fractured, or the nerve has died within the tooth. After an extraction is completed, it is normal for a small amount of blood and for a blood clot to form in the area the tooth was extracted.
